Following the Phases of Sculpture – Monograph Exhibition of Works by Zvonimir Kamenar

Within the first monograph exhibition of works by the noted artist from Rijeka, Zvonimir Kamenar, the Croatian Museum of Tourism presented the entire opus of this singular sculptor and restorer who has been present on the Croatian artistic scene for four entire decades.
The exhibition was divided in two parts: the first from September 20th to October 4th, and the second from October 7th to October 18th.
The first part of the exhibition, consisting of some thirty sculptures and almost the same number of prints, focused on the first half of the author’s opus. These are works created through the traditional shaping of classic sculpting materials: wood, bronze, stone and glass. The second part of the exhibition presented works created through joining and merging different materials, as well as computer generated prints.
