The collection contains objects created in the period from the end of the 19th to the middle of the 20th century that were used in hotels, both on the Kvarner coast and in the inland. The material from this collection is very useful in studying the history of tourism because the level of supply and equipment of tourist facilities can be read from it.
The most attractive part of the collection consists of silver-plated hotel utensils, ice buckets, trays, cooking utensils, etc.
