The right to access information, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Right to Access Information (Narodne novine – Official Gazette 172/03, 144/10, 37/11 and 77/11) includes the right of every domestic or foreign natural and legal person (hereinafter: the user) to request and obtain information as well as the obligation of the Croatian Museum of Tourism, Opatija (hereinafter: HMT) to provide access to the requested information.

In order to exercise the right to access information, the HMT Information Catalog has been established.
