Zagreb to Opatija - Opatija to Zagreb. The exhibition of the Croatian Museum of Natural History from Zagreb is coming to the Croatian Museum of Tourism from Opatija! EXHIBITION “SOUNDS OF INSECTS – ORCHESTRA OF THE SMALLEST” The exhibition "Sounds of Insects - Orchestra of the Little Ones" was opened on Thursday, May 2, 2019 in the Art Pavilion "Juraj Šporer" within the Croatian Museum of Tourism.

It is a collaboration with the Croatian Museum of Natural History in Zagreb, and in the setting of this interesting and original exhibition you will be accompanied by sounds from nature that some of you remember from childhood, and which today we can hear only in clean, untouched parts of nature. The exhibition is enriched by diligent singers whose songs lead many of us into remembrance of summer, and in that choir you will hear many other noisy singers. The sounds are brilliantly orchestrated in compositions prepared by the most famous bioacousticist in this area Boštjan Perovšek and accompanied by many models of insect robots made by academic sculptor Denis Krašković with the help of robotics engineers Branimir Tadić and Petar Crnčan.

You can view and listen to the exhibition every day from 10.00 to 18.00. We look forward to your arrival!
