The Croatian Museum of Tourism organized two workshops titled Menus through time as a part of The Erasmus+ E-voked project. Workshops were held on the 16th of June at the School of Hospitality in Opatija, and on the 17th of June at the School of Tourism and Hotel Hospitality in Opatija. Students were introduced to menus from the museum’s holdings from the 70s which belonged to local restaurants and hotels. They also made their menus.
